Logging in

  • What if I forgot my password?
    If you've forgotten your password, you can request it on the site using this link: http://www.tarot.com/login/index.php?passwd_button=1 The password will be sent to the email address you use on Tarot.com. If you have not received your password within 24 hours, please contact support for assistance.
  • How do I change my password?
    You can change your password in the About You section at http://www.tarot.com/about-you/settings/
  • How do I change my email address?
    You can change the email address you use on Tarot.com in the About You section at http://www.tarot.com/about-you/settings/
  • I share my computer with someone else. Why do I see their name when I visit Tarot.com?
    To change the account that is displayed, you need to log out and then log back in at http://www.tarot.com/login/index.php
    If you share your computer with another Tarot.com member, it is recommended that you log out of the site each time you use it. This is to ensure the privacy of your account and prevent any karma coins or special offers from being misused. You can log out by clicking on the Log Out link in the right-hand corner of any page.

Account Information

  • How do I change my birth information, welcome name, etc.?
    You can update your account information in the About You section, http://www.tarot.com/about-you/settings/, where you can change personal information including your user name, birthdate, and horoscope sign.
  • Can I delete my account?
    Yes, and you don't have to do anything. Just unsubscribe from all emails (instructions below). Then, if you do not use Tarot.com, your account will disappear automatically. If you want to close out your account more quickly, you can Log Out by clicking the link at the top of this screen, upper right.

Karma Coins

  • How do I redeem the free Karma Coins I got when I signed up?
    When you create an account, you are sent an email with instructions on redeeming the karma coins. If you have not received the email or have problems redeeming the coins, please contact support.
  • How can I see how many Karma Coins I've used or how many I currently have?
    You can always view your current karma coin balance in the About You section at http://www.tarot.com/about-you/account/.
  • Can Karma Coins be used to purchase Astrology and Numerology Reports?
    Karma coins can only be used to purchase Tarot and Iching readings. They cannot be used to purchase Astrology or Numerology reports or products from the Tarot.com store.

Readings & Reports

  • I lost my reading or report where do I look? How do I get back to the reading or report I purchased?
    As long as you are logged in, readings and reports are always saved automatically for you in the Readings and Reports Journal. You can find your journal in the About You section, http://www.tarot.com/about-you/journal/.
  • What if I entered the wrong information when I ordered my Astrology or Numerology Report?
    If information in a report is incorrect, you can always contact support. We can update your report and save it in your Readings and Reports Journal.
  • How do I add my birth time to an Astrology Report after it is created?
    You can add the birth time for an astrology report when are viewing it in the Readings and Reports Journal at http://www.tarot.com/about-you/journal/index.php?type=astrology.
    If a birth time was not entered, you will see a link to update the report. Once you have entered the birth time information, the report will be updated and saved in your journal.

  • How do I unsubscribe from promotional emails?
    You can unsubscribe to Tarot.com's promotional emails here: http://www.tarot.com/about-you/emails/.
  • How do I cancel my Daily Horoscope email subscription?
    To stop receiving the free daily horoscope emails, visit the emails section of About You at http://www.tarot.com/about-you/emails/
    You can select to subscribe or unsubscribe from the horoscope emails.
